Más + adjective + que + the thing compared to
Ex:
Pablo es más calmado que tú - Pablo is calmer than you
El paisaje aquí es más verde que allí -The lanscape here is greener than there
Mi médico es más profesional que el tuyo - My doctor is more professional than yours
Estás más alegre que ayer - You are (feeling) more cheerful than yesterday

Mayor - bigger /older
Ex:
Este apartamento es mejor y mayor que el otro - This appartment is better and bigger than the other one

Inferiority: Less than...
Same thing, but using "menos" instead:

Ex:

Tanta/tanto/tantos/tantas + noun + como + the thing compared to
You agree the tanta/tanto/tantos/tantas with the noun you talk about:
Ex:
Hay tantos niños en esta clase como en la tuya - There are as many children in this class like in yours
Tenemos tanta suerte como vosotros - We have as much luck as you guys
